Congratulations to Teryn Christofferson, a 3rd grader in Ms. Singleterry's class. Teryn submitted artwork that was named winner of the Montana Attorney General's Law Enforcement Poster Contest. The prize was an ice cream social for the class with some local law enforcement officers. Way to show that Hawk spirit to our local law enforcement officers!

Recycling Giants

Recycle for the win!

Pacific Steel and Recycling recently issued an invitation to participate in a Recycle Challenge.  Hellgate classes accepted that challenge and exceeded expectations. With 180 entries, the total collected was 3631 pounds of cans. Ms. Chamberlain's class collectively recycled 405 pounds of cans. The winning student was Jameson Dale with 219 pounds of cans. Ms. Chamberlain's class will be awarded a pizza party for their efforts. Jameson Dale will be given a gift card and certificate. Look at what can be done for our environment if we all work together. Way to go Hawks!
