“Hellgate Elementary has adopted internal grievance procedures providing for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging sexual harassment prohibited by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 Act (Title IX). Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination. As such, on or about Monday, October 26, 2020, officials from Hellgate Elementary, who have been designated to serve as Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Decision-Makers, and Appellate Decision-Makers, completed the training review of the attached Title IX information documents. The attached pdf documents address new Title IX process regulations adopted by the United States Department of Education.”
