Welcome to physical education. This class is designed to encourage students to make healthy choices and adopt an active lifestyle. We will be exploring a wide variety of sports and lifetime recreational activities. Students will be using heart monitors and pedometers which will aid in assessing the quantity and quality of their exercise experiences. During our four week Health unit students will explore different topics related to healthy lifestyle choices and physical fitness so they will be better informed and able to make wise choices regarding their own behavior and activity patterns.
