Public Announcement of Record Disposal Notice: 

Record Disposal Notice Hellgate Elementary School District #4 will destroy special education re- cords (Including speech, 504, Medicald billing) of former students with a birth year 2001. Some information to be destroyed may be needed by the student to substantiate claims for social security and other benefits. Requests to review files or obtain copies of information contained in them must be provided by 6/12/2025-contact Darla Helst at 406-532-4874 or mail dhelst@hellgatesd4.k12.mt.us
