Free Reduced Application

Parents and guardians,

Please note that last years Free and Reduced status expires on 10/09/2025. You will need to complete either application for submission for the 2025-2026 school year. Without a new application, your student's meals will return to FULL price. 

The  ONLINE or PRINTED versions of the 2025-2026 Free & Reduced Application for this school year are listed below. If you are printing your application, please turn the completed and signed forms into the school office as soon as possible.
