Surplus Sale Notice

At the end of each school year,  a list is compiled of consolidated, obsolete items. After the school board reviews the full list of said items, there will an advertisement of surplus sales notice for Hellgate Elementary School District in the local newspaper. If interested in reviewing the list, please reach out to the business office.

If any items remain unsold after 30 days of the advertisement, all remaining items will be disposed of.
